The Arab Fund received 12 nominations, from 6 institutional members of the Arab Coordination Group (ACG) for the Abdlatif Y. Al-Hamad Development Award in the Arab world. The table below shows the nominated projects, the ACG institutions that nominated them, and the Arab countries that benefited from them.

In order to ensure proper governance of the selection process, the Arab Fund decided not to nominate any projects for the first and second editions of the award (Years 2022 and 2023, respectively).
 

The Award Judging Committee, an independent and highly respected three-member panel, is currently reviewing the nominated projects in order to select the winning one. The announcement of the winning project will be made during the Annual Meeting of the Governors of the Arab Fund, scheduled to be held, in the Kingdom of Morocco, at the end of April 2023.
