The Arab Fund, approved, by circulation, three emergency grants totaling KD 6.15 million

Stemming from the Arab Funds’ efforts to provide rescue and relief for the Moroccan residents that were affected by the recent earthquake, and the Libyan residents that were affected by the recent hurricane, the Board of Directors of the Arab Fund, approved, by circulation, two grants, each valued at KD 3 million, one for the Moroccan Government, and the other for the National Unity Government in the State of Libya. The proceeds of both grants will be directed towards covering the costs of providing necessary relief supplies, meeting the urgent needs, and improving the living conditions of the Moroccan and Libyan residents that were affected by the above-mentioned earthquake and hurricane, respectively.
The Arab Fund, also, provided a third emergency grant for the amount of KD 150 thousand, whose proceeds will be used for the production and printing of school books for the various educational grades in the Republic of Yemen for the School Year 2023/2024.
