Arab Fund's Director General Witnesses the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony for Kiffa's Potable Water Project

Arab Fund's Director General Fawzi Yousef Alhunaif joined H.E. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania for the foundation stone laying ceremony and plaque unveiling of the Kiffa drinking water project. The event took place on Sunday December 14, 2025, in Touimert Eflan, located south of Kiffa. 

Alhunaif expressed his profound appreciation for the longstanding partnership between the Arab Fund and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. The strength of this alliance is reflected in several key infrastructure milestones, such as the Kiffa Potable Water Supply Project, which the the Arab Fund is supporting with a 12 million Kuwaiti Dinar contribution.
