The Board of Directors, at its meeting no. 4/2019 held on December 8th, 2019 agreed to extend the following loans:

The Board also agreed to participate, with an amount not to exceed KD 3 million, in the capital of Socrates Development Company who is developing Maarif Real Estate Project in Casablanca in the Kingdom of Morocco.
During the same meeting, the Board of Directors extended three grants amounting to KD 1.4 million.
