• 50 million US Dollar for the Social Fund for Development in Egypt for the financing of SMEs in the country.
• 20 million US Dollar for the Savings and Social Development Bank in Sudan for the financing of SMEs in country.

In addition to the above mentioned loans, the Management Committee took several decisions as follows:

• Approved 2013 administrative budget
• Approved some changes on the Standard Loan Agreement
