The Lacy Star Pattern of the Marble Screen Adds to the Indirect Light
Set high in the walls of the Multi-function Conference
Room, marble screens let in filtered light from the Atrium.
Cut with water jets and then hand finished, their star pattern takes on a lacy effect by
day. As the room darkens, the stars come out. Each piece of screen is two and
a half meters long by one meter wide, and only four centimeters thick. The delicate
sections were shipped in plastic.
