Temporary parking pavilions can be erected around
the front fountain to protect VIP cars from the intense daytime heat. When the
structures are not needed, the posts can be unscrewed and the covers disassembled and
stored. While functional, the design also blends inconspicuously with their
surroundings as seen in the aerial view below. Extensive underground
parking is available at all times.
