Below, workers on scaffolding lift  the large tapestry panels designed by a Kuwaiti artist into place.  The wall hangings were hand-woven in Tunisia.  In addition to their decorative effect evident in the Multi-function Hall, and Office Floors, the enormous carpet panels also enhance the acoustics in these large spaces.
