New perspectives open up as night falls and the distraction of
city views beyond are eclipsed by the reflections of myriad chandeliers and elusive
silhouettes of mashrabiyas. Different depths are visible in the glass panels, giving
an effect similar to a three-sided mirror. One has the incredible feeling of being
inside a giant glass cube afloat in space. At five stories high and without
any bracing, the glass curtain wall is apparently the tallest of its kind in the world.
